Date of crime: Jan. 11, 2005
Prosecution’s case/defense response: Jordan was given the death penalty for the murder of his estranged wife, Donna Renee Jordan, and two co-workers. Jordan went to his wife’s work and opened fire on the office. Two other workers were injured. Testimony was presented that Jordan purposely killed his wife on her father’s birthday. Jordan’s teenage daughter begged for her father’s life during the penalty phase.
