Prosecution’s case/defense response: Peterson was asked to leave a strip club after making inappropriate advances toward a dancer. He retrieved a gun from his car and returned to the club where he shot and killed three victims and wounded another. The defense presented evidence that Peterson was drunk and had mental health problems.
